today? Finally getting another sub review done for Y’all. This is the highly requested UK low baller the 12-inch version now if you’ll follow UK on UK. You may have seen that he put over 9,000 watts through one of these things and it held up so a bunch of people rent me up saying hey man you need to check out this up so I picked one up for Y’all so let’s see how it does stay tuned. Let’s start off with take a look at the box of course. NK] car audio.

Com Lowball Or 12-Inch I Got The

dual 2-ohm version so we will be running it at 1 ohm on my 3000 watt Rms amp so here we have it guys the UK lowball or 12 now this sub retails for $1.99 on his website so right up. A lot of the other subs I’ve done and right at that price point so we’re gonna kind of see how I feel like this stacks up in comparison to those but let’s just take a quick look at it. You have a nice double stitched surround just kind of an average sized surround not a high rolls around. We have of course our center cap or dust cap little on the soft side, but no big deal nice paper cone which is real stiff horse.

This Is A 750 Watt Uk Sub So

that being a little more on the fluffy side is not at all going to give us any issues just noting it for people that care look over here We of course have our cast aluminum basket that is on the star UK that I reviewed previously then we have our motor down here. This is a double stack motor and it is a state on line how many ounces it is, but it looks to be maybe a 150 or somewhere around there. I could certainly be off, though cords it’s a dual voice coil. It’s really really Nice tinsel leads believe we just have a single spider but a very stiff spider and then we have a two and a half inch copper voice coil. We’re getting a little closer look up at it for y’all very nice-looking sub just very kind of subtle and modern look no crazy colors or anything kind of take a little look over here.

We Have Kind Of Standard Size 8 Gauge

terminals. It looks like but the tinsel leads on this thing are really really nice my camera’s probably not gonna focus cuz it never does there it is for a second anyway really nice. The nice wide tintal leads definitely going to have zero issues from those so nin very nicely. Then if you look in there you can see the copper two and a half inch voice coil and of course the paper cone and we do have our motor with venting and whatnot so yeah that is just a quick look at it. Now there was no spec sheet in the box, but looked it up online again 750 watts UK.

He Does Not Give A Max Rating, But

as we’ve seen in one of his videos he did do over 9000 watts. We have 19 millimeters of X max that is just in one direction. So I guess total would be somewhere around 38. We have six and a quarter inches for the mounting depth and 11 0. 125 for the cutouts diameter.

This Says For A Steel Box

it likes one. cubic feet and for a ported box. It likes between 1. 5 and 1. 75 cubic feet alright guys Now you all know I always like to compare subs just so y’all can have a point of reference just to some of my other videos.

So Of Course, We Have This

is the dark audio UK now this sub itself is no longer being built as dark audio did go out of business. But this stuff is right about the same size as the American baseNK] so just kind of keep that in mind and of course this retails for 180 the American base UK officer retails from right about 180 so a little bit cheaper than this sub-right here. Both of course have the aluminum baskets both have nice-looking spiders either you like the tinsel leaves better on the UK sub but over here it has just a guess. that the two pencil leads but we have much larger terminal so you can really can fit your wire in there a whole lot easier than on the smaller ones On the UK here you’re getting a three-inch voice coil with the ceramic the black you know ceramic coating on it getting a much thicker surround for those lows of much much much your motor. So yeah again just so Y’all can take a look.

I Really Like To Make Sure

that Y’all get the most value out of your money that you can and just by looking over here. You can see that for 200 bucks you definitely can get a whole lot bigger of a sub than this UK so yeah just Y’all definitely keep that in mind when you’re looking at says stuff again not knocking UK whatsoever looks like an absolutely great sub, but there are. things out there that I believe are a better deal well what we really want to see though is how this thing performs so we’re gonna throw it into my single box and really just kind of test it out and see how it does all right guys what we got it in my box. Now it’s gonna have to be sitting here because I have the main box back here and honestly. This thing is too heavy for me to get in and out of here easily so yeah we just hooked it up over here.

Now We Picked Up The Uk Uk One

so this is going to tell us our actual rms power so that’s pretty cool let’s go through the settings here. I may do a review of this unit as well if you all would like me to do that okay real-time power all right. See how it does now? This box is 2. 7 cubic feet so way out of spec for this sub and that may be part of the reason Why we are getting a good deal of impedance. Rise I’m not 100% sure but in what it is alright guys so we played both of those songs there that was goodbye three or four minutes of playing and that was you know definitely peaking out above this RMs rated power multiple times, especially in that lost last song A good deal of it would just stay above the 750 watts now again after playing it for that long I did start to smell it just a little bit.

I Think It Could Definitely Be Just

a break-in smell as he coil or just breaking in now being in such big of a box it was definitely pushing it to its mechanical limits. Can hear it bottoming out a few times on certain notes, so I guess it just kind of is what it is. I am gonna try to get some other boxes that will work for a wider range of subs, but for now this is what I have tested everything in and for this sub at least it did pretty dang good alright guys well Y’all saw it. We had that thing well about 1000 watts at many times, and it was staying really consistently in that 600 to 1000 watt range and this thing really just killed it again smelled it a little bit but again we were going well over the RMs power and it did great well. I’m thinking let’s pull this out of the box and do a little bit of free air with it just so we can see it move see how that affects.

The Impedance And Power That It

sees UK alright guys well there you go that was the UK low Baller 12 really really great sub and super excited about this little unit right here now this guy was four hundred and fifty dollars, so that’s a lot of money for me to drop. But I figured it would make the videos just that much better, so if Y’all could just give me a like and leave a comment that would really really help out the channel a lot so please do that, but anyway you all saw it. We had this thing going crazy well above its Armus rating and it was doing great it was killing it so yeah good job to UK very well built sub the quality on this thing is just absolutely incredible very very happy with it. I do hope to be getting some other. ##NK] subs at some point but we will just have to wait and see what comes available alright guys thank you all again so much.

is that great sub now for the money I do think you know some other subs depending on what you’re going for again are gonna be better just like that dark audio UK or maybe the American bass UK if you’re going if you really wanting just a bigger more powerful sub that being said if you’re wanting something that the quality is just top-notch and you know it’s gonna last you for absolutely forever assuming you have it on clean power and rated power. This might be what Y’all want to pick up so let me know in the comments, what do you think would you pick this up or would you want to stick with.
