Hello Welcome Back To The Channel Quick

video today about the Wolfdale SW-150, which is a 150 watt 10-inch driver So yeah so I’ll do a quick close-up of the driver, so that’s what it looks like. does come with a cover which clips back on so that’s what it looks like click back on it’s a dog tipped up in a bit so it’s quite universal in the way that you can wire this up you can use your subwoofer. If you’ve got like a subwoofer output on your amp. You can put your one subwoofer output onto a you can link it over onto a y connector and then plug both into there. you can plug it into just one just plug into the left or right.

Also If You Havent Got A

subwoofer, but you have got a pre output like. Pre-amplifier output, You can plug that straight into the inputs and I’ll say also it’s got an output to go back into the amplifier the way I wire it is um. I’ve got a pre-out on my um. I’ve got a rotel amplifier and I’ll just plug it straight into there. If you’ve got no outputs at all .

You Can Just Wire Your Speaker Cable

straight into the back and I say and you adjust it as that’s where I have the volume which is on like like a quarter. I have my crossover set up. It goes from 35 to 85 and then the usual phase and auto power. One more thing trying to flip this backwards. It has got a base port and the base ports on the bottom so when you’ve got it when you’ve got it wired up the base.

I Say Goes.

floor, which might not be ideal if you live in a flat um and these retail for quite cheap. You can buy these for about 150 pounds. I’ve actually got this one for sale at the moment for 90 pounds. It comes with all the cables and everything the reason I’m selling it um.

I Mean Dont Get Me Wrong.

He’s a really good subwoofer, but it’s that 35 hertz cut off point because it drops off quite quickly once it gets down to 35 hours, which is Don’t get me wrong. The base is pretty solid but once it gets down to that 35. It rolls off pretty quick and um If I just quickly show you in the front room. So.

These Are The Speakers That Im Running

so I’m running monitor or silvers well the base on these these get down to 32 anyway so that subwoofer. Doesn’t go as low as my floor standards, so it’s not it’s not particularly ideal if you’ve got a decent pair of floor standards I wouldn’t recommend this subwoofer um if you’ve got some bookshelf speakers or likes um you know stand mounted speakers then yeah. This subwoofer would work perfectly because like I say it does get low the base only is and it’s a super you know it goes really low and for the money. I’ve had some good subwoofers. Over the years I’ve had Kef um I’ve had all sorts I’ve had revel, which is like quite a high end subwoofer and this performs pretty much the same as them.

Apart From The Extension It Doesnt Get

quite as low so like I say if you’ve already got decent floor standards, then this is probably not the one to go for but apart from that they are. good value for money. I mean the finish on it is like just a veneer. You know it’s not painted or anything like that.

Its Not Like The Um The Rails,

but then again the rails and well like 500 600 pound, so yeah if you’re after a budget subwoofer. I think that where this would actually come into each one is probably on a cheap home cinema setup and we’ll give you that real nice room shaking like base um so yeah that’s a quick review of the kef not Kef Wolfdale SW 150 subwoofer so i ain’t going to do it The same review. There’s no point because it’s only going to sound like whatever you’re listening to on um and like the phone it doesn’t really pick up the subway. It’s too good anyway but there you go don’t let me you know wait sounds might.

Be Like Disrespecting This Sub But For

150 pounds definitely the best one. I think it’s the best subwoofer. You can get for about 250 pounds and once you start getting into the 300 pound and the Bks and that that they’re better and of course you start getting into the rail territory but anyway thanks for watching and until next time bye you.
